PENTA has been completing lime kiln construction projects on an EPCM basis working closely with our clients’ project teams. Managing a single-source provider like PENTA has allowed our clients to focus on the productivity and profitability of their operations. PENTA provided the following services on this lime kiln construction project:
- Engineering including structural, mechanical and other front end engineering design, final engineering and site engineering services during construction.
- Procurement support including equipment specification, evaluation and recommendation, vendor negotiation support, bid package development for contractor services.
- Construction Management with support from electrical vendor for supervision of electrical installation.
- Project commissioning, start up and project close out.
